   This is one of those 'I always lie' kind of things, right?

   I think it just means that any statement can be both factual and an utter lie, simultaneously.

   Tsk tsk tsk. Logic, dear boy. A proposition cannot be both true and not-true at the same time, unless your name is Winston and you live in Oceania. Which it isn't. And you don't.

   Being that logic (logos) is dependent on language, and language can be shown to be treacherous, I wouldn't say logic is the final arbiter of anything.
